     東莞安都電子生產(chǎn)的熱保護(hù)型熔斷電阻器（TRXF），是一種新型的功率型電阻器；具有過(guò)溫過(guò)流保護(hù)功能；
它是將溫度保險(xiǎn)絲（TCO）內(nèi)置于線繞熔斷電阻器之中，具有普通線繞熔斷電阻器的外形和尺寸，并有效解決了 普通線繞熔斷電阻器在小故障電流下所產(chǎn)生異常持續(xù)高溫的安全隱患。   
ANDU’s Thermal-link & Fusing Resistor(TRXF） is a unique type of Power Resistor, with Over Temperature/ Over Current protections. The Thermal-link(TCO） is placed through the core of wirewound resistor, so TRXF's physical shape looks like ordinary wirewound resistor, but it can effectively solve the hidden safety problem of continuous abnormal heat that ordinary wirewound resistor may cause when small fault current happens.

In normal situation, the current inputs from Pin and Out- puts from Pin 2, flowing through thermal-link (TCO ） and TCO2, and the MOSFET and 8MS are not conducting, therefore no current goes through the R ,R2. When the charging voltage exceeds the OVP rating or 8MS rating, the MOSFET or switch K is activated to conduct. at this moment, the current goes through the R ,R2 and heats it. The heat conducts to TCO and TCO2 rapidly and makes TCOs open the circuit.

電池在額定電壓充電時(shí)，充電電流從 t輸入，2t輸出流經(jīng) TCO 、TCO2至電池充電，MOSFET管及8MS開關(guān)K為截 止?fàn)顟B(tài)，線繞電阻（R 、R2）無(wú)電流流過(guò)；當(dāng)充電電壓超 過(guò)OVP的額定直時(shí)，MOSFET管被動(dòng)開啟導(dǎo)通或超過(guò)電池 管理系統(tǒng)（8MS）設(shè)定直時(shí)，開關(guān)K主動(dòng)閉合導(dǎo)通，R 、 R2流過(guò)電流使其迅速發(fā) 熱，熱量快速傳遞 給TCO 、 TCO2，使其快速熔斷，切斷充電電流，實(shí)現(xiàn)安全保護(hù)的功 能。 
In normal situation, the current inputs from Pin and Out- puts from Pin 2, flowing through thermal-link (TCO ） and TCO2, and the MOSFET and 8MS are not conducting, therefore no current goes through the R ,R2. When the charging voltage exceeds the OVP rating or 8MS rating, the MOSFET or switch K is activated to conduct. at this moment, the current goes through the R ,R2 and heats it. The heat conducts to TCO and TCO2 rapidly and makes TCOs open the circuit.
